Some weeks ago I speculated as to whether Heathrow had withdrawn its frequent shopping programme, Heathrow Rewards.
The web site where you access your account had been down for months and appears to only have come back last weekend.
The new web site now requires you to enter your card number and well as your email and password. Indeed the new web site requires you to create a new, 12 character password, including capitals and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.
You get the link to reset your password the first time you login using your old credentials.
I’ll be cashing in some vouchers the next time that I travel.
It is worth noting that the range of rewards has been reduced – shops, parking, Lounge Pass discounts or PriorityPass discounts.
Collection remains unchanged.
