I received an email last week from the Andaz at Liverpool Street indicating that they would not be accepting bookings until the end of July. They had previously planned to reopen on 1 July. However, the UK Government 14 day quarantine coupled with the UK still be in lockdown has meant poor bookings. The advice here is not to use public transport unless you have to and to work from home where you can.
