I was looking this morning for a Hyatt stay and noticed that Hyatt have recently added expected re-opening dates to their hotel information on the web site. The Hyatts in Germany are all open so they were not a useful search. But if you search Paris or London, they show the re-opening dates next to each hotel, and some of them are a long way ahead!

Of course there is no guarantee that these dates will be stuck to. Governments seem to be changing their minds daily. However, if you are long term planning for status or stays, you might want to check the Hyatt web site.
