Last week Hyatt issued a Press Release indicating that they are planning a Hyatt Place property close to Heathrow Airport.

Due to open in Spring 2015, it joins the newly opened Hyatt Place at Schipol and the planned Hyatt Place Zurich Airport for the Hyatt Place brand in Europe.

The release indicates that it is located in Hayes, but is not more specific about location than that. I am hoping for something that is (a) easy for Public Transport and (b) reasonably priced.
