A View from the Wing covers the impending work slowdown/strike by LH.
I have been waiting 24 hours now for United to ticket an award ticket on LH using my MileagePlus miles. United tells me that I am a victim of the LH go-slow.
Anyone else impacted?
That’s weird… Someone decided to unplug one of the servers before going on strike or what do they allege happened?
Just UA telling me that the LH strike means there is no one there to provide confirmation of reservations. Not sure I totally believe that.
