Reuters are reporting that the US will announce later today that its borders will open to vaccinated and tested passengers from previously banned countries.

The re-opening date is reported as 8 November.

Since March 2020 non-essential has been travelled from a number of countries including the EU and UK.

Proof of vaccination and a negative COVID test will be required before boarding is allowed.
