Yesterday the details of the UK mandatory quarantine featuring 10 days, at a hotel of the UK Governments choosing were announced. (You can read here the details).

Today, they announced that the UAE, Burundi and Rwanda were going to be added to the list of 20+ countries already announced, from Friday of this week.

The UAE has attracted attention for the number of ‘social influencers’ taking ‘business trips’ to the sun and sand in this part of the Gulf.

However, details of the quarantine arrangements won’t be published until next week, presumably whilst they do deals with hotels to provide rooms and food.
