From 26 March 17, BA are flying one flight per day from London to Madrid using one of their internationally configured 777 aircraft. Passengers booking Club Europe will get a Club World flat seat, and Gold card holders can book in to the First Class cabin.
Of course the service will be Club Europe and there will be no access to the Concorde Room for passengers as this isn’t being sold as First Class,
Still a nice seat.
The flights operating by the 777 are:
BA458 LHR-MAD 0720-1050
BA459 MAD-LHR 1220-1350
Worth also noting that Iberia runs an Airbus A330 daily on this route too, with its international config. No First of course!
BA7058 MAD-LHR 1625-1750
BA516 LHR-MAD 1910-2235
So if you like big planes, there are some options for next summer.
