I am flying to JFK on the London City Service tomorrow. The flight is already delayed by two hours but for no apparent reason. Yesterdays BA2 and BA4 from JFK were either cancelled or diverted due to runway concrete problems at London City. But todays flights are on time leaving LCY and also coming back.

Of course, no one from BA has mentioned anything about this to their passengers, until I got in touch with the special services team at LCY. They replied in an hour and confirmed that there was a delay – without a reason of course. They hoped it was not too inconvenient for me!

So tomorrow already looks like a bad day! I’ll keep you posted.
