It appears that BA are in a right sulk about the Qantas tie up with Emirates:

Qantas Club Members will be welcomed at the Emirates Business Lounge in Dubai when their next onwards flight that day is with Qantas or Emirates.

When travelling from London, Qantas Club Members will have access to the American Airlines Admirals Lounge at London Heathrow when their next onwards flight that day is with Qantas or Emirates between Australia, Dubai and London.

In addition to Qantas Club lounges, you can relax in American Airlines® Admirals Club lounges in other locations. For applicable lounge locations please visit www.aa.com.

No change for elite card holders though.
