Star Alliance Company Plus is a scheme that lets companies earn points for travel by their employees seperate from the miles earned by the employees. There are a small number of the Star Alliance airlines involved, and tickets have to be purchased in the country where the company is registered. This means for example, that you must use the UK version of the United Website when booking and pay in GBP.

And the problem

SACP doesn’t understand that United and Continental are one airline. So any flight which SACP thinks was operated by CO or bought on CO ticketstock is rejected. SACP tells me that they know about the problem but have no idea when they are going to fix it. Joy.
