Whether you earn 500 bonus miles per stay or per night depends on the Hilton brand where you stay.
500 per night for Hilton, Curio, DoubleTree by Hilton™, Embassy Suites, and Hilton Grand Vacations
500 per stay for Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton by Hilton® Home2 Suites, and Homewood Suites
Make sure you set your Honors account to Points+Miles to earn the AAdvantage bonus miles.
There is a cap of 10,000 miles for the promo.
