A couple of weeks ago Hyatt updated their app for iOS. Don’t get me wrong the app has never been totally wonderful but it’s a great place to keep all your reservations, check your Gold Passport balance and search for hotels in an emergency. About all I ask.
However, the upgrade appears to have made the app totally unusable. The home screen – shown above – used to let you log in, search etc. Even the login screen is pretty much blank
In fact, about 80% of the time the app won’t load at all!
I have tried deleting it and then reinstalling in, but still get the same problems.
Is it me, or has Hyatt screwed up its app?
I can uderstand your disappointment. I haven’t had a single issue with the app and have added 3 reservations and 4 modifications in the past 3 weeks.

I had same issue. Delete the app, reinstall it. It seems to work now.
This app has not worked for me in 2-3 weeks since update. Is there anyone who can explain how to get it worked?
