I received a text message a yesterday indicating that NatWest were monitoring my accounts for unusual activity. I had used BA during the period that it was losing data to fraudsters, in order to move the dates on a ticket.
A few minutes ago, however, NatWest texted me again to tell me that they were cancelling my debit card and sending me a new one. No option, no choice, and of course the customary wait whilst it turns up. I wonder if BA will pay for the cash advance fees I will have to pay to withdraw cash on my credit card?
