In a Feel Good Story London City Airport has been making passengers Christmas even more special as you can see in this video. Initially allowing passengers to record a message to loved ones that they cannot be with at this time of year, it soon evolves (elfvolves?) in to a feel good story of simple kindness to ordinary people.

Watch the kids (and adults) eyes light up as they emerge from the shed.

I had the chance to visit LCY last year and thought they were an amazing group of people – this simply confirms that belief.
