I wrote this morning reviewing the new Hyatt Gold Passport web site and noting a couple of bugs. One, showing status for this year as if it were Lifetime status is fixed already I am pleased to report.
So why does this fix warrant a whole post. Well, Hyatt’s IT is famously problematic and this quick fix just might suggest two things – one that they are getting their IT under control and making a flexible platform and secondly, we may get told our progress towards Lifetime Status through the web site soon.
If both are true, it’s an exciting day.
