Aspire Lounge, Copenhagen Airport

I was travelling on Finnair to Helsinki and they offer their Business Class guests the choice of two lounges. Having not found the larger of the two, I picked the one closer to their gate – the Aspire Lounge,  Copenhagen.

Located on the mezzanine, there is a short walk from the top of the stairs to the entrance.

The staff were friendly and scanned the Boarding Pass. I noted that they also take Airport Angel and Priority Pass were also accepted.

There are a number of different seating areas and types.

Large windows along one side overlook the airport and duty free shops. There is some natural light. The wooden floors and fresh design could be described as contemporary. There were electrical sockets around the room, although they needed a bit of hunting out. There is free WiFi with the code available from Reception.

A continental breakfast was laid out for self service. Juices and Coffee were from two machines adjacent to the food stations.

The food was fresh and was plenty having not had breakfast at the hotel. The staff were constantly patrolling the tables clearing up plates, glasses etc.

There are restrooms within the lounge, on the far side past Reception.

The lounge was quite restful, although pretty busy by 8am when I left to walk to the gate.

Oddly, half the lounge is blocked off for Qatar Airways guests, even though their flight was not for several hours.

A good, solid lounge close to the A gates at Copenhagen
