On 29 December I wrote about my missing Air New Zealand points which originally been fine and then magically reduced themselves (twice).
At the same time I tweeted Air NZ and got and almost immediate reply! Two days letter I had an email from Air New Zealand, who (surprise!), had never heard of this problem before. Despite what United had been telling me.
Of course with the status earning year over, there was no credit of PQM’s.
What’s more there wasn’t even an email saying that they had done this and thanks for my patience.
Somehow, despite being 5,456 points ‘richer’ I do feel a little unloved.
